Her signature pastries capture the European tradition of enjoying a small sweet alongside coffee, as well as pausing to enjoy a few minutes of calm in the midst of a hectic week.

Our space, in a beautifully preserved 1890s building on Pearl Street, is equally designed to encourage a daily detour from your to-do list. Meet Chef Andrea

With over two decades of experience in food and hospitality, Chef Andrea Uzarowski has honed an elegant, yet approachable culinary style inspired by the freshest local ingredients. Having trained in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Europe, her cooking balances the technical precision of fine dining with a personal passion for bringing guests together over vibrant, lovingly crafted meals.

Raised in Denmark, Andrea first earned her MBA and worked in investment banking before pivoting to a professional career in cooking. Over the course of her career, she has gravitated toward trailblazing mentors—including René Redzepi of Noma and Ana Roš of Hiša Franko—who have transformed the hospitality industry through their emphasis on seasonal cuisine and empathetic leadership.
